As lead contractor, we delivered a turnkey, three-storey residential block in Gqeberha, comprising twelve units (four 1-bedroom and eight 2-bedroom apartments) totaling approximately 2 500 m² of floor space. Our services spanned:

Construction Works: Site prep, bulk earthworks, piled foundations, raft slab, concrete frame, suspended slabs, cladding, and glazing
Services & Finishes: Electricals, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, plastering, tiling, painting, joinery, and full landscaping
Project Oversight: H&S compliance, zero lost-time incidents, quality control, environmental management, and subcontractor coordination

Total contract value: ZAR 24 000 000
Duration: 14 months (on time, within budget)

OFFICE WEAR & PPE

Real Net │ Supply & Delivery

We executed a one-off supply and delivery of branded office uniforms and personal protective equipment for Real Net. Our scope comprised:

Product Customization: Managed sizing, branding and compliance with safety standards
Quality Control: Inspected all items to ensure durability and fit
Timely Delivery: Coordinated logistics for on-site handover on 15 January 2021

Imvusa Security and Cleaning Services

OFFICE RENOVATIONS in jhb

Imvusa Security & Cleaning Services │ Construction & Engineering

As lead contractor, we renovated the Kempton Park office constructing a new guardroom with reinforced foundations, block-work walls, steel-framed roofing, security gates and integrated LED lighting; extending the control room with reinforced slabs, HVAC, network cabling and fire protection; and adding a staff dining area with tiled floors, suspended ceilings and full plumbing and electrical fit-off. We also handled all interior finishes (plastering, painting, tiling, joinery) and exterior works (paved walkways, security fencing, automated gates, soft-landscaping), executing under strict H&S oversight with zero lost-time incidents and coordinating five subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget:

Structural Additions: Constructed a new guardroom and extended the control room
Facility Enhancements: Built a dining area for staff, complete with finishes and services
Project Management & Compliance: Oversaw H&S practices and coordinated five local subcontractors

ANIMAL FEED IN JHB

As lead supplier, we orchestrated the full lifecycle of bulk animal-feed procurement and distribution for Naru Group—sourcing premium-grade feed from certified mills, conducting rigorous quality inspections to verify nutritional specifications, and managing warehousing operations to optimize stock levels. Our logistics team then coordinated transport routes using our fleet of covered bulk carriers, ensuring on-time, just-in-time deliveries to multiple farm locations while preserving product integrity. We maintained real-time inventory tracking and provided daily delivery confirmations and exception reporting, all under strict compliance with agricultural health and safety standards and in close collaboration with Naru Group’s operations team to adapt to seasonal demand shifts.

Logistics & Distribution: Coordinated warehousing, transportation and scheduled deliveries
